Rare opportunity to purchase a piece of land with a separate ruin for renovation in the only National park in Portugal, the Parque Nacional Peneda Gerês.

As indicated on the photos the land has just about 5,000m2 and the ruin about 20m2. It is situated in the most stunning wild landscape and just down the cliff from the land there is the most pure river, Ramiscal, with many crystal clear water pools and a majestic waterfall where you wouldn't find more then wildlife around you.

The Parque Nacional Peneda Gerês is very popular with tourism for its wild landscapes, trails and waterfalls but this spot is not trekked so it is completely private. There is a historical footpath all the way to the land but not for vehicles. If any materials have to be transported, a small tractor will go there or a quad bike with a small trailer.  The aldeia of Lordelo only has 14 full time inhabitants and the closest town with all the amenities is Arcos de Valdevez which is just over 25km away.
