My focus is on rural Alentejo: country homes, village homes, land to build and rustic land.

I have lived in the region for +20 years and can answer your questions. What are the most common home problems in the Alentejo and how does one spot them? What is the fair price of any home? Which villages are close to busy roads with truck traffic and which are the quietest? Would you prefer a small community for a lower price or pay extra to live in a more popular town? How is the atmosphere in each place?

I will identify potential issues prior to the purchase and help you find the right professional to help you understand anything that arises. If you need to make improvements after the purchase, I can put you in contact with professionals from all kinds of businesses. I work closely with a local English-speaking lawyer who specialises in real estate.

I am originally from the Algarve, lived abroad, had the chance to live in Lisbon and chose to settle in Central Alentejo countryside.
